Your level of professionalism and help yesterday was exceptional in what is no doubt a busy role in the showroom. I was particularly impressed with the importance you placed on every customer in the store and ensuring you recognised and acknowledged their presence whilst still serving other customers - something I have noticed lately is not always the case in many other stores/industries.
